Canna oil cupcakes

Natural, chocolate or vegan. Today we want to share with you 3 types of recipes of marijuana cupcakes for all tastes and, above all, very easy to prepare, which is the most important thing. Take paper, pen, kitchen apron and let’s get work.

We are back again with sweet recipes based on marijuana, so that everyone,  you and your guests may indulge yourself, from time to time, satisfying your palate and senses, the latter, you know, has a  double meaning. Since, there is nothing more pleasant than enjoying a dessert that you like, while laughing or relaxing due to the effects of marijuana. However, with regard to the dosage of marijuana, you always have to bear in mind that there is nothing to do with smoking marijuana, with consuming it directly, so the dosage must be much lower and, especially if you are going to invite other people to try your culinary arts, put the measures as fair as possible, so that you do not take any unpleasant surprise: marijuana, when you consume it by oral route, takes more time to be active on your brain, so be responsible with the dosage.

And having remembered that important point, let’s go to what we are really interested in right now: learning 3 different recipes of marijuana cupcake

Because we want one of them to have marijuana in the muffin itself, the other one in the stuffed on the top of the muffin, that is to say, taking part in the flavored butter, and the third one, because as you well know we want all people to be able to take them, therefore, we are also going to make one for vegans, also suitable for celiacs.

Also, returning to the first two, one will have the chocolate muffin and the other will be natural. Afterwards, you decide if you prefer chocolate and marijuana in the top butter or the natural one with the marijuana grinded in the cupcake in itself. Whatever you choose… it’ll be great! So… are you in? Let’s get started!

Ingredients for Cannabis Cupcakes

This recipe will make approximately 12 normal-sized cupcakes.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 a cup of cannabutter (room temperature)
  • 3/4 of a cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
  • 1 and 1/2 cups of sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 a teaspoon of salt
  • 1 and a 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder

Ingredients for Vanilla Cannabis Cupcake Frosting

  • 1/2 a cup of cannabutter (room temperature)
  • 1/4 of a cup of whipping cream (35%)
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 of a teaspoon of salt
  • 4 cups of icing sugar

If you do not want to infuse the frosting with cannabis, substitute the cannabutter in the frosting for regular unsalted butter. Not infusing the frosting may be more suited towards those who have less experience with cannabis edibles.

See below the method for more cannabis cupcake frosting variations including chocolate, pink icing, and more.

How to Make Cannabis Cupcakes

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius)
  • Line the cupcake tin with paper liners
  • In one of the mixing bowls, whisk together the dried ingredients (flour, salt, baking powder)
  • Using the other mixing bowl and the hand mixer, mix the cannabutter and sugar until it has reached a fluffy texture
  • Beat the eggs into the cannabutter/sugar mix one at a time
  • Now, add the vanilla extract and mix well
  • Now, slowly add the flour/salt/baking powder mixture to the wet ingredients while mixing
  • Using the hand mixer, combine thoroughly until completely mixed with no lumps
  • Scoop the batter (using a measuring cup) into the paper-lined muffin tin
  • Ensure the cupcake batter reaches 2/3 up the paper liner
  • Bake these cupcakes for 18-20 minutes until a skewer comes out clean
  • Remove the cannabis cupcakes from the oven and let them cool completely
  • Once these cupcakes have cooled, the frosting can be applied.

While they are baking, the frosting can be made.

What Else Do I Need to Cook or Bake With Weed?

Depending on the recipe, you’re going to want to have oils, milk and butter on hand and in the fridge most of the time!

  • Olive Oil or Coconut Oil
  • Milk ( any kind you like)
  • Butter

Let’s Decarb Cannabis

First, you need to decarb your Cannabis. This is a step you absolutely can not leave out. It takes a little adjusting to you if you’re a beginner, but once you’ve got it licked, you’ll be a pro.https://www.youtube.com/embed/w69FzRPeoYA?feature=oembed

In its raw state, cannabis won’t provide the psychoactive effects we’re after.

However, once you decarb weed, you ensure that the all-important cannabinoids like THC and CBD become activated and available.

When done correctly, the result is more potent edibles and a better bang for your buck with little waste.

Proper Dosing For Edibles

When it comes to dosing, always use the mantra: ‘low and slow’.

You want to adjust accordingly as you continue to bake with weed and make sure you remember that edibles sometimes take a few hours to kick in.

If you don’t feel anything at first, hold up! Wait a minute! Over-dosing will result in a bad experience. This part of the process requires a little patience on your part.

The Benefits of Baking with CBD

Baking with CBD is awesome for several reasons. Not only does pretty much everyone love a good chocolate chip cookie, cupcake or brownie, but CBD-infused baked goods are a delicious way to enjoy the myriad of benefits CBD has to offer.

Some of the biggest benefits of infusing CBD into your baked goods include:

  • Long-lasting effects: While it takes longer to feel the effects of CBD edibles than it does with other methods of delivery, the effects are known to last much longer. When taken in the form of an edible, CBD is released slowly into the system as edible is digested. The effects of an edible can last 2–4 hours longer than types of CBD products.
  • Non-psychoactive: CBD edibles can offer several benefits without the psychoactive “high” often associated with cannabis edibles. This means they can safely be eaten by anyone without the risk of an uncomfortable psychoactive occurrence.
  • Precisely measured serving size: Baking with CBD allows you to get a precisely measured serving size. Once you get down the basics of baking with CBD, you’ll be able to calculate just how much CBD is consumed and how much is necessary to consume to attain the results you desire.
  • Easy to make: No need to spend hours making your own cannabutter when using CBD in baking. CBD tinctures, isolate and crystals can all be used when baking with CBD.

How to Use CBD in Baking

To use CBD in baking, the oil must be infused into a fatty base ingredient such as oil, ghee or butter. While you can make your own CBD butter or oil using CBD flower, it’s much easier to use CBD oils and concentrates that are already made. This allows you to get precise measurements and know exactly how much CBD you get with each serving size of your edibles.

An even easier way to use CBD in baking is to incorporate CBD isolate into your baked goods. CBD isolate allows for an extremely precise measurement and will incorporate seamlessly into the butter or oil in your favorite baking recipes.

CBD crystals are another option to use in CBD baking. CBD crystals dissolve easily into cooking oils and butter. Simply heat your desired fatty base on low heat, add your desired amount of CBD crystals and stir gently. The CBD crystals will dissolve into your oil or butter and can then be used in any baking recipe you wish to create.

I made some cupcakes the other day and they were so good that I ate two of them even though it was night. They had such a strong effect on me that I didn’t move from my couch all evening- in fact, I slept there!

Same here. I ate a whole one… and it’s not that I haven’t been that high before. It’s the fact that I never been that high for 6 hrs straight without getting burnt out. I was extremely hungry.
