Thanks to its composition, cold-pressed hemp oil is unique and the most nourishing among the many vegetable oils on the shelves.
In addition to essential fatty acids, hemp oil also contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C and E (in the form of tocopherols), phytic acid, antioxidants chlorophyll and lecithin.
Today, people consume large amounts of excess saturated fat, which increases the risk of cardiovascular and autoimmune diseases, and cancer.
All this can be avoided by replacing foods with high saturated fatty acids, foods with a high content of essential fatty acids. Hemp oil is the best substitute for hemp oil.
Why hemp oil? Let's look at and compare the different oils obtained by cold-pressing.
Hemp oil. Contains the best Omega 3 and 6 ratio for the human body. Has a natural amount of Omega 3 (including Omega 3 - stearic acid, which is considered a more effective form of Omega 3). It has the smallest amount of saturated fats and the highest polyunsaturated fat content (essential fatty acids) of all edible oils. Contains Omega 6 Gamma-Lenolenic Acid (a more effective form of Omega 6), usually found in donkey oil.
Sunflower oil dispensary. There is almost no Omega 3 in sunflower oil. When sunflower oil is used continuously, there is an overabundance of Omega 6 and the lack of Omega 3 increases.
Flaxseed oil dispensary. Although linseed oil contains more Omega 3 than hemp oil, its ratio of Omega 2:6 is wrong for the human body. If only linseed oil is used, a shortage of Omega 6 may occur. Also, Omega 3 in flaxseed oil is only in the form of ALA, and flaxseeds do not contain stearic acid, which is in hemp.
Olive oil dispensary
. Hemp oil contains 40% less saturated fat than olive oil. The latter in dispensary contains almost no Omega 3 acid compared to hemp oil, which has an Omega 3 content 25 times higher.
Pumpkin oil dispensary. Contains very little omega 3. Also, pumpkin oil is much more expensive than hemp oil and not so available.
Rapeseed oil dispensary. Rapeseed oil contains 50% less Omega 3 acids than hemp oil. It's often used for frying.
